$500 Retention Bonus!

All Care Services LLC, of Merriam, KS is seeking a full time Property Technicians to safely and efficiently operate our sweeper trucks and ensure that our client’s properties look outstanding! AM and PM shifts available. Our Property Technician earns a competitive starting wage of $17.00/hour and a $500 retention bonus for full time employees (30 hours/week). This position also qualifies for an excellent benefits package that includes health, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation, 401k, life insurance, and a 529 savings plan. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPERTY TECHNICIAN
As a Property Technician, AM shifts begin at 7am and PM shifts begin at 8:30pm. You use the best safety protocol as you operate our sweeper trucks. You do quite a bit of walking as you scan the area for debris or trash. With your previous experience in the janitorial field, you aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty. You keep n eye out for any safety hazards as well as ensure our sweeper trucks are clean and well-maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS
21 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to clear a drug test upon hire.
Able to lift up to 50lbs on occasion.
Schedule flexibility.

WORK SCHEDULE

We provide exterior janitorial services to commercial Property Managers and Owners throughout the Kansas City metropolitan area. The successful candidate will have worked in a similar industry (janitorial, landscaping, painting, facilities management, food service, etc.) and not be afraid to get their hands dirty. We clean the exterior of shopping centers and office parks using sweeper trucks, blowers and brooms/dustpans.
